Our diversity and inclusion strategy is the PLURAL Program, which guides, teaches and disseminates diversity, equity, inclusion and respect among our employees and society as a whole.
The PLURAL Program was created in 2021 by employees representing different businesses, areas and profiles, in addition to a specialized consulting firm. Throughout the year, it makes communications, holds events and provides training to suppliers, teams and leaderships, in addition to having prepared our Diversity Guide.
It has also created Discussion Groups, and held inclusive service pilots, and prepared, within the Company’s new sustainability
strategy, our first public commitment on the theme:
Building a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion of minorized groups**, reaching at least:
• 50% of leadership positions occupied by black people
• 55% of top management offices occupied by women
• Offering a portfolio of diverse and inclusive products and Services, considering the contribution potential of each of the business.
** Racial, LGBTQIAP+, PwDs and women
Our purpose is to transform the lives of women and communities in vulnerable situations through fashion.
