Our history shows many examples that enchant our customers. We were born to innovate. In the 1960s, the company was a pioneer in becoming a publicly traded company and in 2005 Lojas Renner S.A. joined Bovespa’s Novo Mercado as the first company in the country to have its capital pulverized and, approximately, 100% of its outstanding shares.
We were also the firsts to start using the Enchantment Meter, a pioneering methodology for measuring customer’s satisfaction. We, at Lojas Renner S.A., understand that innovation is a transversal competence that is present in all areas and business units.

Our goal is to be the largest fashion and lifestyle ecosystem, and we believe that partnerships and the strengthening of relationships with the startup ecosystem are essential for this journey.

Since 2021 Lojas Renner S.A. has relied on a structure dedicated to connecting the organization with startups, scaleups, hubs and other innovation ecosystem agents. By means of the open innovation methodology the area is responsible for facilitating the connection between startups and the corporation.

Lojas Renner S.A. owns a Corporate Venture Capital: RX Ventures. The fund seeks to invest in the growth of startups focused on innovative solutions that anticipate trends related to the strategy of our fashion and lifestyle ecosystem. In addition, it believes in generating value that boosts the growth of startups through development.

There are five prioritized verticals: Fashion & Retail Tech, E-commerce and Marketplace, MarTech, Fintech, and LogTech. The criteria for resource allocation also include the commitment by startups to good ESG practices, one of the pillars of the company’s strategy and operations.

The UR Innovation (Renner University Innovation) aims to spread principles and good innovation practices, seeking to enable all the company’s areas to build Open Innovation initiatives and promote relationships with startups.

We believe the innovation culture is essential for the company to leverage its results, identify market trends and find differentiation opportunities. All contents were collaboratively built with our main innovation hubs, partners and several business areas.

In this learning journey, we rely on 4 knowledge tracks, +30 hours of content and various support materials to conduct open innovation verticals. All contents will be permanently updated, keeping our purpose of empowering everyone at Lojas Renner S.A. to innovate more and more!

Who Are We?

Circuit is the relationship and talent development program of Lojas Renner S.A., with the purpose of generating opportunities of experience and knowledge exchange between Lojas Renner S.A. and the education and innovation ecosystem.

The Circuit Program, which has collaboration as essence, is carried out by our company’s employees, who contribute both to the definition of challenges, and the performance of actions, and market partners!
